Dear Agnes
Abject Abstract was a group show with Jon Vaughn, Alysha Larsen, Levi Nicholat and myself at Art Placement Gallery. Art Placement has a rich history of being a painters' gallery. In preparing for this show I studied Canadian Abstract Painting that includes the Emma Lake Workshops, the Regina Five, Painters 11, and Agnes Martin. Taking part in this exhibit fanned my passion for abstract painting.
